AkuLuxe Refund Policy

At AkuLuxe, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products that promote comfort and relief. We believe in the effectiveness of our insoles and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you are unsatisfied after this period, you may request a return within our 60-day money-back guarantee by contacting us at support@akuluxe.com.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we may be unable to accommodate changes as the order will be processing. If canceled within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our insoles. To experience their full benefits, we ask that you try them for at least 14 days. If you are still unsatisfied, you may return them within 60 days of purchase. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery at support@akuluxe.com with clear photos of the damage. If eligible, we will send a replacement free of charge. We do not accept returns for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

While we aim for timely deliveries, AkuLuxe is not responsible for delays due to couriers, customs, or other external factors. For shipping concerns, we recommend contacting the courier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers must ensure their shipping address is correct at checkout. If an error is not reported within 24 hours, we cannot provide refunds or reshipments.
