Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed to the shipping carrier and is on its way to your address.
During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days due to high order volumes.

The delivery time depends on your location and other external factors. Below are estimated shipping times based on different regions:

Please note that during peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit time and tracking updates. If your order is being shipped internationally, customs processing may also affect delivery times.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that accurate and complete shipping details are provided at checkout.
- If our system detects an address issue, we will email you within 3 business days to verify the details.
- If we do not receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us at support@akuluxe.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications after this timeframe.
Delayed Delivery
At AkuLuxe, we understand the importance of timely delivery. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:
- Courier disruptions (weather, labor strikes, transportation issues)
- Customs clearance delays for international orders
- Payment verification or inventory availability issues
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors, but we will keep you updated and assist you in resolving any issues.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the courier. In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or stolen:
- Contact the courier directly to file a claim. Most carriers have a claims process for missing packages.
- Reach out to us at support@akuluxe.com, and we will assist you in following up with the courier.
Please note that AkuLuxe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and these cases fall outside our refund policy. However, we will do everything we can to support you. In certain cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.
If your package is missing, we also recommend filing a police report for additional documentation.
